Written by jakecpunut on June 30, 2008 – 7:27 pm -This past week I took a much needed vacation. I spent an entire week at the beach! What a wonderful and refreshing time, most of which was spent by the pool and walking on the beach.
One thing that was very obvious was all the different types of sandals, EVERYWHERE I looked. I saw every shape, size, color and brand of sandal you could think of. Of course I saw all of the popular brands such as Teva, Born, Birkenstock, Harley-Davidson and Gladiator Sandals. Rainbow, Reef and Keen Sandals were also popular.
As with any beach vacation, many nights were spent shopping. Everywhere I turned there were stores selling sandals and I couldn’t help but venture into those stores to see what was selling. As I suspected, all of the brand name sandals mentioned above were popular choices for shoppers. The main thing I noticed in these popular shoe stores were the HIGH PRICES people were paying for these Brand Name Sandals!
Summer is in full swing and people will be buying sandals for many months to come. Shopping online is not only easy, but it can save you lots of money! Not only will you save on the sandals themselves, you can shop from your home and save gas by not driving around to all the department stores. The savings alone could pay for the sandals.
